4. Transactions
4.1. Transactions on the agri.lk platform are made directly between buyers and sellers. agri.lk does not act as a broker or agent in any transaction.
4.2. agri.lk is not responsible for the quality or condition of any products that are sold on its platform.
4.3. agri.lk is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between buyers and sellers.
5. Payment and Shipping
5.1. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating and agreeing upon the payment terms for each transaction.
5.2. agri.lk does not process any payments on behalf of buyers or sellers.
5.3. Sellers are responsible for shipping products to buyers. agri.lk does not offer any shipping or delivery services.
6. Liability
6.1. agri.lk is not liable for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of its platform, including but not limited to:
* Losses or damages arising from the quality or condition of any products that are sold on its platform.
* Losses or damages arising from disputes between buyers and sellers.
* Losses or damages arising from any fraudulent or deceptive activities that may take place on its platform.
6.2. agri.lk is not liable for any losses or damages that may arise from the interruption or suspension of its services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The agri.lk platform and all of its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not use the agri.lk platform or any of its content without the express written permission of agri.lk.
8. Termination
agri.lk may terminate your access to its platform at any time for any reason, without notice.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
